Job Title: Head – HR, Admin & Operations
Position Summary
The Head – HR, Administration & Operations will be responsible for designing and executing robust Human Resource practices, ensuring smooth administrative management, and streamlining operations to support the organization’s growth in the real estate sector. This leadership role will be instrumental in aligning people, processes, and operations with business objectives, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Formulate, implement, and periodically review HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across functions, including sales, engineering, project, customer service, and support teams.
- Establish an effective talent management framework encompassing workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Design and execute structured induction, training, and development programs to upskill employees and prepare them for future roles.
- Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages accountability and recognizes high performance.
- Build a positive work environment focused on employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
Administration Management
- Oversee general administration, including facilities management, security, housekeeping, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of office infrastructure and company assets.
- Manage statutory and legal compliances related to administrative functions and real estate industry requirements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Implement efficient systems for travel, transport, and asset management.
Operations Oversight
- Establish and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business functions.
- Support the execution of real estate projects by coordinating between project sites, sales teams, and corporate functions.
- Drive operational efficiency by adopting digital solutions such as ERP, CRM, and HRMS systems.
- Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to ensure timely completion of tasks and achievement of business targets.
- Work closely with the CEO/CMD on strategic operational planning, including manpower projections, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

- Proficiency in digital tools, HRMS/ERP/CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Operations, or Business Administration.
- 12–18 years of professional experience in HR, Administration, and Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Prior experience in the real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of establishing scalable HR, administrative, and operational systems in a growth-oriented organization.
