Job Overview
As a Software Testing & Implementation Engineer, you will be trained to test software applications, configure customer environments, support product deployments, and assist laboratory customers in successfully using our platform.
Responsibilities
Software Testing
- Execute test cases and validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and report software defects.
- Verify bug fixes and support product release testing.
- Test laboratory workflows and reporting features.
- Work closely with the development team to improve product quality.
Product Implementation
- Configure customer accounts and laboratory workflows.
- Assist with customer onboarding and setup activities.
- Support data import and system configuration.
- Participate in software deployment and go-live activities.
Customer Support
- Provide first-level support to customers.
- Assist users with product-related questions and issues.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Create and maintain user documentation.
Required Skills
