Full job description

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented **HR Executive** to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Experience Required

* **Minimum 2+ years of experience** in Human Resources.

* Experience in **recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations** is mandatory.

* Experience in the **Education, Training, or Skill Development** sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

* Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

* Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

* Coordinate training and development activities.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

* Handle employee queries and resolve workplace concerns professionally.

* Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining MIS records.

* Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

* Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.

* Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to multitask and work independently.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

* MBA in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

* Positive attitude with strong people management skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to organizational growth.
