Full job description

Accord Marketing Studio is looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Manager who can plan, script, coordinate, and shoot video content for brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands media content, short-form videos, reels, brand storytelling and on-ground content production. The candidate will work closely with creators, video editors, designers and the content production team to execute high-quality video content for different brands and campaigns.

The role requires strong creativity, planning skills, on-ground coordination, and the ability to manage shoots from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and develop content ideas for brand videos, reels, social media campaigns and digital content

- Write scripts, video concepts, shot ideas, hooks, captions and content outlines

- Coordinate and manage on-ground video shoots for brands

- Work closely with creators, influencers, editors, designers and the production team

- Brief creators and internal teams clearly before shoots and content execution

- Supervise video shoots to ensure the content matches the brand objective and creative direction

- Coordinate props, locations, products, shoot schedules, creator availability, and production requirements

- Review raw footage and coordinate with editors for final video output

- Ensure timely delivery of content across multiple brand projects

- Research social media trends, reel formats, creator content and competitor activities

- Maintain content calendars and shoot plans for ongoing campaigns

- Ensure all content follows the brand tone, campaign brief and platform requirements

Requirements:

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Film, Media, Journalism, or a related field

- Prior experience in content creation, video production, social media, influencer marketing, or brand content

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media trends, and short-form video formats

- Ability to write scripts and convert ideas into shoot-ready content plans

- Comfortable with on-ground coordination and managing shoot-day requirements

- Good communication and team coordination skills

- Ability to work with creators, editors, clients, and internal production teams

- Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and mobile/camera-based content creation

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

- Must be creative, proactive, organized, and deadline-driven

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with creators, influencers, or production teams

- Ability to shoot basic video content using a phone or camera

- Understanding of brand storytelling and digital campaign execution

- Experience in a marketing agency, content studio, production house, or brand marketing team will be preferred
