Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Relations Officer role is based in Kolkata. The position involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients and residents, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include managing customer support interactions, maintaining accurate records of communication, coordinating with internal teams to address service requests, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels. The role also requires building and nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback to improve services, and supporting sales and post-sales processes with clear, empathetic communication. The Customer Relations Officer is expected to uphold Saltee Group’s standards of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance client experiences.
Candidates should possess Client Relations skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and represent the company professionally.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with CRM or customer service tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or related industries, and a relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or a similar field are advantageous.
