Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our hospital’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with medical professionals. This role requires an energetic and proactive individual who is willing to travel for hospital-related activities and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services and specialties. Build and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners (GPs in the city and surrounding areas. Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, conferences, workshops, and medical camps in coordination with hospital specialists. Plan and execute health camps and awareness programsin the vicinity of the hospital and nearby towns. Collaborate with Medical Representatives (MRs) and pharmaceutical companies to conduct joint promotional events and health campaigns. Actively identify opportunities to expand the hospital’s network and presence in the local medical community. Track and report marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and professional engagement metrics to management. Represent the hospital professionally at medical and community events, ensuring a positive brand image.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Candidates with prior experience in hospital or healthcare marketing will be preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and interest in healthcare marketing are also encouraged to apply.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Skills: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with doctors, MRs, and stakeholders. o Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel extensively for work-related activities. o Ability to plan, organize, and execute medical events and camps. o Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.

Salary Package:
- Annual package: ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,40,000 (depending on interview performance and candidate skills).
