Responsibilities

Keep accurate records for all daily/Weekly transactions
Process invoices & Bills
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable in accounting software
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Assist with budget preparation (i.e cash flow planning, p&l)
Resolve financial disputes raised by the customers
Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Chase the customer for their outstanding invoices via call or emails.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, etc..)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
