Full job description

Cokonet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and statutory documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply).
Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP/Prime or similar).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
