Experience & location

Job location : Pune,Kharadi / Remote
Position : SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER
Educational Qualification: BS / MS in Computer Science OR equivalent degree OR equivalent experience.

Job Responsibilities

This role will be predominately operational, focused on improving & supporting SRE operations.
Focus will centre on operational readiness, resiliency & quality standards. In addition, there will be the opportunity to contribute & define exciting but scalable reliability engineering projects.
Are you ready to step into your next challenge? This position requires a mix of strategic engineering and design along with hands-on technical project work. You can help craft the future of how we build and run our services with a huge impact on a global scale.
The scope will also require the technical nuance to go deep yet retain the ability to focus on higher-level business and product goals.
You would join a complementary team responsible for providing scalability, reliability and maintainability solutions for our ever growing business and data processing needs.

Qualifications

8 years of total industry experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, and Continuous Delivery platforms like Spinnaker.
Experience and proficiency in event-based and log-based monitoring systems, deployment tools, Unix and AWS.
Excellent code-debugging/optimization, analytical problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Interest in designing, analysing and solving problems large-scale distributed systems.
Fast learner who is generous with their knowledge
Self-directed, demonstrates leadership skills, and a phenomenal teammate.
Operational experience with supporting large scale Banking or Payments systems, is a plus.
