Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Wedding Client Relations & Experience Manager who can manage client interactions, generate wedding leads, convert inquiries into business, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth planning and execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, aesthetic understanding, wedding/event exposure, and the ability to build relationships with clients, venues, vendors, and social communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle wedding and social event inquiries from references, social media, venue tie-ups, and direct leads.
- Meet clients, understand requirements, budgets, themes, and event expectations.
- Prepare proposals, concepts, presentations, mood boards, quotations, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with décor, production, hospitality, entertainment, artist management, and operations teams.
- Attend venue meetings, networking events, exhibitions, wedding showcases, and social gatherings to generate leads.
- Build relationships with wedding venues, banquet halls, hotels, clubs, communities, and social groups for business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp marketing, referrals, and personal networking.
- Follow wedding trends, décor aesthetics, luxury styling, and experiential event concepts.
- Coordinate and support on-ground event execution when required.
- Maintain client database, follow-ups, event pipeline, and sales reports.
- Upsell décor, entertainment, hospitality, gifting, artist management, and destination wedding services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in wedding sales, hospitality, luxury events, banquet sales, client servicing, or event management.
- Telugu and English communication is mandatory.
- Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of wedding aesthetics, décor styling, luxury experiences, and event trends.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation platforms.
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, social media tools, and presentation software.
- Knowledge of 2D layouts, 3D event concepts, stage/decor references, and event visualization is an added advantage.
- Smart, presentable, proactive, and comfortable handling premium clients.
- Willingness to travel locally on two wheeler for venue visits, client meetings, and event execution.
