Job Role: Data Entry Intern

Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases. Key Responsibilities
● Visit vendor locations that have already been onboarded by the marketing team.
● Coordinate with vendors to collect information related to their products and services.
● List and upload vendor products and services accurately in the application.
● Ensure all information provided by vendors is entered correctly and completely.
● Verify product and service details and make necessary updates or corrections when required.
● Maintain accurate records of vendor products, services, and related information in the system.
● Review listings regularly to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
● Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
● Ensure timely completion of product and service onboarding activities.
● Maintain confidentiality of company and vendor information.
● Generate and submit activity reports to supervisors as required
. Required Qualifications :
● Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline
● Good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially MS Word and MS Excel
● Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute
●Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
● Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
● Good organizational and time-management skills
