We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bakery production, team management, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bakery production and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Develop and innovate new recipes for cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts
Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline and teamwork
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
Monitor inventory, order raw materials, and control wastage
Maintain cost efficiency and optimize production processes
Train and mentor junior chefs and bakery staff
Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with bakery products

Requirements:

10–15 years of professional experience in bakery or pastry kitchens
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail
