Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to operate and manage CNC machines for our PEB and Factory Shed fabrication works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC cutting, punching, and profiling for steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines (CNC Plasma Cutting, CNC Drilling, CNC Bending / Press Brake) as per production requirement.
- Drawing Reading: Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, DXF/DWG files and nesting plans.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of CNC programming, G-code / M-code, and setting machine parameters. Feed correct program from software to machine.
- Quality Check: Check finished components as per drawing dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. Ensure accurate cutting and minimum wastage.
- Maintenance: Perform daily routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of CNC machine.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain 5S in the machine area and workshop.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Fabrication Engineer, QC Team, and Production team to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Relevant Trade.
- 4-5 Years of proven experience as a CNC Operator in PEB / Steel Fabrication / Manufacturing industry.
- Must know how to operate CNC Plasma, CNC Drilling and CNC Profile Cutting Machine.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CNC Software (e.g., Pronest, SigmaNEST, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read fabrication and GA drawings.Hardworking, punctual, and able to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
