Job Summary
Anand Palace Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Corporate Finance Manager with a strong background in the hotel, hospitality, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing corporate finance operations, financial planning, MIS reporting, audits, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls across hotel properties and real estate ventures.
The candidate must possess hands-on experience in hospitality accounting systems including PMS, POS, and Tally along with expertise in corporate finance management, cash flow monitoring, project accounting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Corporate Reporting
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for hospitality and real estate operations.
Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
Analyze revenue, profitability, project costing, GOP, and financial performance.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Support management in strategic financial decision-making and investment planning.
Hospitality & Real Estate Accounting Operations
Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
General Ledger
Income Audit
Payroll coordination
Bank Reconciliation
Monitor hotel revenue reconciliation from rooms, F&B, banquets, and events.
Manage project accounting, contractor payments, and vendor reconciliations for real estate projects.
Ensure proper accounting of OTA, travel agent, corporate, and project billing.
PMS, POS & Tally Management
Hands-on working experience with Hotel PMS systems such as:
IDS
Opera
eZee
Djubo
Hotelogix
or similar software
Ensure seamless integration between PMS, POS, and Tally systems.
Monitor POS revenue postings and outlet reconciliations.
Maintain accuracy in financial data and reporting systems.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, RERA (where applicable), and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Maintain SOPs, financial controls, and audit documentation.
Ensure timely statutory filings and financial compliance.
Cost Control & Financial Monitoring
Conduct variance analysis and cost-control reviews.
Monitor departmental expenses and project expenditures.
Implement financial discipline and internal control systems across businesses.
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise finance and accounts teams.
Coordinate with hotel operations, purchase, stores, sales, project, and administrative departments.
Train team members on financial SOPs and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hospitality and/or real estate finance operations.
