Full job description

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

· Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

· Track project progress against timelines and milestones and highlight delays or risks.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and MIS.

· Maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, RFIs, MOMs, and technical records.

· Attend project meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items.

· Monitor material procurement, site activities, and contractor performance.

· Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and work sequencing.

· Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

· Support billing verification, project documentation, and management presentations.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of project milestones.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or real estate projects.

· Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and construction processes.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project documentation.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or real estate construction projects.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD and project reporting tools will be an added advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work on-site.
