Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
Strengthen financial controls, policies, and compliance processes
Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and audits
Monitor taxation, regulatory changes, and risk management
Drive cost control, profitability analysis, and financial efficiency initiatives
Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
15–20 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance
Strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and taxation
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting systems
Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and statutory regulations
Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
