Role Summary:

The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, printers, and basic network-related issues, ensuring seamless end-user support and system functionality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of PCs, loading, reloading, and repair of OS, along with installation of required software, drivers, and utilities.
Provide onsite ERP support and troubleshooting, and coordinate with the ERP team for issue resolution if required.
Installation, repair, and maintenance of antivirus software.
Backup of data, user profiles, and emails in case of PC reformatting.
Asset tracking and labeling.
Installation and configuration of printers, along with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors for warranty and support services.

Qualification:

4+ years of experience in desktop support.
Technical qualification such as B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
