JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring motivated and market-savvy Sales Executives to drive retail and fleet vehicle sales for our BharatBenz 3S dealership across the Kosi region of Bihar. The role involves active field prospecting, fleet customer engagement, retail enquiry management, finance coordination, and achieving monthly unit sales targets. Candidates with prior commercial vehicle sales experience and an existing network of fleet operators, transporters, or contractors in North Bihar will be strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, transport nagar outreach, fleet operator meetings, and contractor
community engagement
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective BharatBenz truck buyers — tipper, rigid, and
multi-axle segments
- Qualify customer enquiries in DMS — capture lead details, vehicle requirement, budget, finance intent, and purchase
timeline
- Conduct test drives and organize field-level vehicle demonstrations as required
- Coordinate with NBFC and bank partners (Shriram, Mahindra Finance, HDFC, IndusInd) for customer loan pre-qualification
and disbursement
- Follow up on all active leads systematically — weekly pipeline review with Sales Manager
- Achieve monthly retail unit targets as assigned by the Sales Manager / Dealer Principal
- Handle vehicle booking process — collect advance, issue proforma invoice, confirm variant and colour with the dealership
- Coordinate with CRM for post-delivery follow-up and ensure customer handoff to service team
- Attend transport nagar events, fleet operator meets, and BharatBenz promotional activities in the territory
- Report daily field activity, new leads, and pipeline status to Sales Manager
- Identify institutional and fleet sales opportunities — contractors, government tenders, transport companies with 5+ vehicles
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at delivery — personally attend all deliveries assigned to them
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong field sales ability — comfortable with regular travel across Supaul, Saharsa, and Madhepura districts
- Existing network of fleet operators, transporters, or construction contractors in North Bihar preferred.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2–5 years in commercial vehicle sales — BharatBenz, Tata Motors CV, Ashok Leyland, VECV/Eicher preferred
- Candidates with a personal network of active fleet buyers in Kosi/North Bihar region will be given first priority
- Experience in fleet sales, institutional sales, or contractor-segment sales strongly preferred
- Two-wheeler for field travel — mandatory
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum: 12th Pass — Graduation preferred
- Any diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Automobile preferred
SOFTWARE & SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE:
- DMS (Dealer Management System) — Training will be provided; prior knowledge preferred
- Tally — Basic understanding for proforma invoice coordination
- MS Excel / Google Sheets — for lead tracking and pipeline reporting
- WhatsApp Business — for structured customer follow-up
