Position: Head – VMC
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage VMC operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Optimize VMC machine utilization, reduce downtime, and improve cycle times
Manage job planning, prioritization, setup, programming, and machining workflow
Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, tolerances, and overall quality compliance
Lead VMC operators, programmers, and setup technicians and monitor performance
Drive productivity, lean practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Optimize cutting parameters, tooling, fixtures, and machining processes
Monitor machine health, preventive maintenance, and breakdown rectification
Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure PPE and safety compliance
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, HR, and Finance
Reduce tool breakage, material wastage, idle time, and optimize manpower and consumable usage
Monitor production performance, cost, rejection, rework, and productivity metrics
Provide VMC production data, cost analysis, and planning support to management

Qualification:

Experience:

10 – 15 Years of experience in VMC machining operations
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a supervisory / managerial role
Strong experience in VMC programming, machining operations, production planning, and team management
