Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous QA standards to deliver zero defects across high-volume batches.
Resource Planning: Forecast workload requirements and manage shift rotations to maintain 24/7 or extended-hour productivity.
Process Automation: Collaborate with the IT/Development team to identify opportunities for automation in the conversion and typesetting pipelines.

Expert knowledge of MS Excel and Project Management software
Deep understanding of STM (Science, Tech, Medicine) or Academic publishing standards.
Exceptional verbal and written English for global client interaction.
Proven experience managing teams and vendors.
