Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, fund transfers, and balance inquiries.
Proactively identify and address client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions and products to enhance their banking experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
