Job Responsibilities & KRA For Mahindra & Mahindra Authorized Dealership – Manoj Tractors, Siwan The responsibilities below are prepared based on dealership sales, customer care, CRM, dealer management, enquiry handling, retail conversion, finance coordination, customer satisfaction, and manpower development practices followed in Mahindra dealership operations. --- 1. SALESMAN (Sales Executive) Key Responsibilities Generate daily enquiries from villages, markets, farmers, influencers and reference customers. Conduct tractor demonstrations and test drives. Explain tractor features, implements compatibility, finance schemes and exchange offers. Maintain daily prospect and lead records in CRM/DMS. Follow up enquiries until booking and retail delivery. Coordinate with banks, finance companies and insurance partners. Collect customer documents for retail processing. Ensure timely delivery and product handover. Generate referrals from existing customers. Participate in village campaigns, farmer meetings and exhibitions. Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence. Maintain strong relationships with farmers and influencers. Support collection and documentation activities whenever required. SALES MANAGER Key Responsibilities Achieve dealership retail, billing and market share targets. Lead and monitor sales team performance. Prepare monthly and seasonal sales plans. Allocate territory-wise targets. Review enquiry, booking and retail pipeline daily. Ensure effective CRM/DMS management. Conduct sales review meetings with team members. Plan local marketing activities, tractor rallies and farmer meetings. Build relationships with financiers, influencers and institutional customers. Ensure proper manpower deployment and productivity. Monitor dealership profitability and sales expenses. Track competitor schemes and market trends. Improve retail conversion and customer experience. Ensure timely delivery, documentation and collection. Train and develop sales staff on products and selling skills. Coordinate with Mahindra Area Office and Territory Managers. Coordinate test drive scheduling. Track booking-to-delivery process. Ensure timely customer communication. Handle customer complaints and escalation. Conduct post-delivery feedback calls.
