Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hindi Speaking Coordinator – Spares & Purchase to support the day-to-day coordination of our spares operations. The ideal candidate will interact with customers, prepare and share quotations, follow up on payments, process customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, and build strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt support regarding spare parts requirements.
Prepare and share quotations with customers in a timely manner.
Follow up with customers for quotation approvals, Purchase Orders (POs), and payments.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Service, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, Purchase Orders, customer details, payments, and order status in MS Excel, Tally, and CRM/ERP.
Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding customer payments, invoices, and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills

Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency or basic in MS Excel
Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.
Strong customer handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities..
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Employment Details

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Perungalathur, Chennai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday(9:30 to 6:30)
Preferred: Immediate Joiners
