Full job description

The Junior Finance Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance and accounting operations, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to build a career in finance within a high-technology manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process vendor payments and customer collections.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Maintain petty cash records and expense vouchers.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Assist in GST filing, TDS deduction, and other statutory compliances.
Verify employee reimbursement claims and maintain supporting documents.
Support payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally Prime (Mandatory).
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, basic formulas).
Understanding of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
CMA / CA candidates are preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
Experience as an Audit Assistant or working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) / Audit Firm will be preferred.
Candidates with exposure to statutory audits, GST, TDS, income tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and accounting finalization will have an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
