Mandatory Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Certified human resource professional with a specialization in people management or relevant field
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Strong familiarity with human resource management systems like Applicant Tracking Systems, Performance Management System, or Payroll Systems
Proven experience in contributing towards establishing safer and healthier work environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of legal policies and labor laws
Complete know-how of talent acquisition programs, and recruitment processes
Excellent people management skills
Prior experience as a HR manager
Ability to develop and maintain healthy employee relations
Complete know-how of budget management and employee compensation plans
