Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Freshers with strong design knowledge and software skills are encouraged to apply. Software Skills
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and manufacturing drawings.
Hands-on experience in SolidWorks for 3D part modeling and assembly creation.
Familiarity with Fusion 360 for mechanical design, concept modeling, and product development.
Basic understanding of CAD file management, drawing exports, and revision handling.

Mechanical Design Knowledge

Good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) concepts.
Understanding of orthographic projections, sectional views, assembly drawings, and tolerance stack-up.
Basic knowledge of materials, sheet metal concepts, machining, and fabrication methods is an added advantage.

Design & Problem-Solving Ability

Strong visualization and spatial understanding for product layout planning.
Ability to analyze component fitment, alignment, and assembly feasibility.
Attention to detail in dimensions, tolerances, and drawing accuracy.
Ability to identify practical design improvements and manufacturing-friendly solutions.

Personal Skills

Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and design methodologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup and manufacturing environment.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Candidate Locations
