Position Details

Gender: Male/Female
Eligible Profile 1: B.B.A. & B. Com.
Eligible Profile 2: M.B.A. & M. Com.
Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates

What You’ll Do

Sales Support:

Assist Sales Executives with day-to-day tasks and activities.
Follow up on sales leads and customer queries.
Manage customer KYC processes and ensure compliance.

Customer Interaction:

Call customers and write professional emails to engage and address their needs.
Help with registration, banking, trading, and related client onboarding procedures.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records in BITRIX CRM software.
Log all customer interactions, meetings, and activities for seamless coordination.

Event Support:

Plan, target, and invite customers to webinars/seminars.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
Track attendance and follow up with registered customers.

Website & Software Testing:

Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.
Work with developers to resolve issues and implement new versions.

Client & Investor Support:

Address customer queries promptly and send fee collection reminders.
Track advisory opportunities and improve client services (e.g., reports and performance updates).

Research & Innovation:

Conduct research for new product development and data insights.
Identify and implement improvements in client services.

Outside Visits:

Meet customers at their locations to complete registrations and other formalities.
Maintain detailed records of all visits and activities conducted outside.

Team Coordination:

Attend team meetings, webinars, and training programs on time.
Document and track all meetings, training sessions, and outcomes.
