- Lead and manage complete kitchen operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Design and update menu aligned with customer preferences and business goals
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
- Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
- Plan staff schedules and manage manpower during peak and non-peak hours
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety compliance
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with vendors for quality procurement and timely supply
- Ensure fast and efficient order execution to match high footfall environment
- Handle customer feedback and continuously improve food experience
- Introduce innovative dishes, combos, and event-based menus in coordination with marketing
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely maintenance and repairs
