About the Role

KKV Tea & Coffee Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible Senior Admin & Accounts Executive who enjoys working with numbers, follows up proactively, and ensures that no important task remains pending.

We are looking for someone who is smooth with daily accounting operations, comfortable with Tally, strong in communication, and capable of coordinating with internal departments, vendors, customers, transporters, banks, accountants and management.

The ideal candidate should be process-driven, accountable, proactive and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and accounting activities without constant follow-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

Daily accounting entries in Tally.
Purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
Bank reconciliation and account monitoring.
Maintaining customer and vendor ledgers.
Outstanding payment tracking and follow-ups.
Maintaining expense records and supporting documents.
Coordination with CA, auditors and management.
Invoice, debit note and credit note management.
Daily verification of accounting records and supporting documents.
Maintaining accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Administration

Maintaining office records, files and documentation.
Managing courier records and dispatch documentation.
Vendor coordination and follow-ups.
Maintaining company registers and trackers.
Managing daily reporting and administrative follow-ups.
Supporting management in documentation and compliance activities.
Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining employee records and documentation.

Factory & Operational Support

Supporting factory administration and documentation.
Maintaining dispatch and logistics records.
Supporting stock and inventory record management.
Maintaining import-export documentation records.
Coordinating for transport, dispatch and shipment documentation.
Supporting audit, compliance and certification requirements.
Maintaining reports related to production, dispatch and operational activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi and basic English).
Good Excel and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good documentation and record-keeping practices.
Problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Preferred Candidate

Experience

3+ years of experience in Accounts, Administration or similar role.
Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Export, Import or Factory Environment preferred.
Experience with Tally and daily accounting operations is mandatory.
