We invite applications from qualified and passionate academicians for the position of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor – Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and institutional development of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and laboratory sessions.
Guide student projects, internships, and research activities.
Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
Mentor students in academic and career development.
Contribute to departmental administration and institutional initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in electrical systems, power electronics, renewable energy, electric vehicles, and smart grid technologies.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is preferred.
First Class in all preceding degrees.
Qualification as per AICTE norms.

Experience

Assistant Professor: As per AICTE norms.
Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicles (EV), and Smart Grid technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Research publications in reputed journals and conferences.
Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
