1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations in the restaurant or café.
- Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations.
2. Customer Service
- Ensure high-quality guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain good guest relations and service standards.
3. Staff Supervision
- Supervise service staff, captains, and stewards.
- Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance.
- Provide training on service standards, grooming, and etiquette.
4. Inventory and Stock Control
- Monitor F&B stock levels and coordinate with the store team.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and reduce wastage.
- Check daily stock consumption and report shortages.
5. Hygiene and Safety
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and service stations.
- Follow FSSAI guidelines and safety procedures.
6. Sales and Revenue
- Promote menu items and increase food and beverage sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Support marketing promotions and special offers.
7. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational reports.
- Maintain records for inventory, staff attendance, and shift reports.
8. Coordination with Management
- Work closely with Restaurant Manager, Chef, and management team.
- Assist in planning events, promotions, and menu updates.
