About Us

Beauty Beyonds is a premium makeup and beauty salon dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services and creating memorable client experiences. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Front Office Executive to be the face of our salon and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients professionally upon arrival.
Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer communications.
Maintain client records and salon management software.
Coordinate with makeup artists and salon staff regarding appointments.
Handle billing, payments, and daily cash transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist in promoting salon services, offers, and packages.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media).
Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently.
Previous experience in a salon, spa, clinic, or front office role is preferred.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
