Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership

Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
Lead brainstorming sessions and generate innovative concepts for digital, broadcast, and social media content.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and creative quality across all projects.

Pre-Production Management

Oversee concept development, script planning, storyboarding, and project scheduling.
Coordinate with writers, designers, videographers, and production teams.
Plan budgets, resources, locations, and production timelines.

Production & Shooting Operations

Manage all shooting activities, including indoor and outdoor productions.
Supervise camera crews, lighting teams, production staff, and talent.
Ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high production standards.
Handle production logistics and on-site problem-solving.

Post-Production Management

Oversee video editing, motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and final content delivery.
Review and approve final edits to ensure creative excellence.
Coordinate with editors and post-production teams to meet deadlines.

Dubbing & Audio Production

Supervise dubbing, voice-over recordings, audio editing, and sound mixing.
Ensure high-quality audio production standards for all media content.
Coordinate with voice artists, audio engineers, and production teams.

Shooting House & Studio Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the shooting house and studio facilities.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment and studio resources.
Implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire creative, production, and post-production teams.
Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.

Pay: ₹17,265.54 - ₹65,750.89 per month

Experience:

Creative: 6 years (Preferred)
