Project Executive – Liaison & Operations

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support our government and institutional projects in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have experience in liaison, administration, operations, or project coordination, especially with NGOs, government departments, or institutional stakeholders.

Candidates with prior exposure to working with government officials or experience in organizations such as Deloitte or similar consulting/project environments will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with government departments and institutional stakeholders
Handle project documentation such as proposals, official letters, approvals, and reports
Follow up on project timelines, permissions, approvals, and execution updates
Work closely with internal teams (design, production, dispatch, finance)
Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings when required
Prepare reports, presentations, and project status updates
Maintain records and ensure proper documentation of all project activities
Assist senior management in meetings and coordination activities

Skills & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in administration, liaison, operations, NGO coordination, or project execution preferred
Experience working with government officials or institutional projects is highly preferred
Strong communication skills in Tamil & English
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel for field visits
Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
