Install, repair, and maintain PVC, CPVC, GI and other plumbing pipelines.
Identify and repair water leaks, pipe damage, blockages, and drainage issues.
Install and maintain taps, wash basins, toilets, showers, water tanks, valves, and other plumbing fixtures.
Check and maintain water pumps, pipelines, valves, and related equipment.
Inspect plumbing systems regularly and carry out preventive maintenance.
Test pipelines for leakage, pressure, and proper water flow.
Maintain drainage, sewage, and wastewater systems.
Attend emergency plumbing breakdowns and complete repairs promptly.
Read basic plumbing layouts and site drawings where required.
Check required plumbing materials and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Maintain plumbing tools and equipment in good working condition.
Keep the work area clean and safe after completing maintenance activities.
Coordinate with electricians, masons, engineers, and other maintenance staff.
Maintain daily work/maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.
Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE while working.

Qualification

ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing preferred.
10th or 12th qualification with relevant plumbing experience may also be considered.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant plumbing experience preferred.
Experience in industrial, agricultural, commercial, or residential facilities will be an advantage.
