Role & responsibilities Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all slimming and weight management services offered by the clinic. This role ensures high-quality client care, promotes wellness programs, leads the slimming team, and supports business growth through customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming department.
Conduct client consultations and develop personalized slimming plans.
Supervise and train slimming therapists, dietitians, and support staff.
Monitor client progress and ensure satisfaction with services.
Coordinate with the medical and wellness teams for holistic care.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and protocol compliance.
Promote slimming services through upselling and client engagement.
Prepare performance reports and contribute to strategy planning.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Wellness, or related field.
3+ years of experience in slimming, wellness, or healthcare management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of weight loss therapies, nutrition plans, and body contouring.Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Front office and customer handling skills
Basic MS Office and billing software knowledge
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
