Job description:

KEY ROLES

· Reviewing and drafting of rules, regulations & Policies for the Students Accommodation Center, Dining Hall, Sports Center and Common Hall as per the Institutional Norms.

· Ensuring on the readiness of Students Accommodation at the beginning of every academic year and each semester.

· Bring standardization for the room allocation process and ensure rooms are allocated as per the norms at the beginning of each academic year.

· Complete the student’s accommodation joining formalities on time.

· Raise awareness and give orientation for students & parents about the regulations, facilities, assets and services available to the residential students.

· Promptly report to the administration all cases of misbehavior, indiscipline, and sickness of students.

· Monitoring students arrival and departure and to maintain relevant records as per the norms of the Institution.

· To supervise & monitor students out passes and inform parents as and when required as per the D.J.Academy guidelines.

· To take rounds in all the floors of the Accommodation Center every day to ensure that all students have left their rooms to attend classes.

· If any student is found sick, necessary assistance is to be provided.

· If hospital treatment is required, assist to get vehicle / ambulance and accompany in case of requirement.

· To be responsible for smooth functioning of the Students Accommodation Center, Dining Hall, Sports Center and Common Hall.

· To be responsible for the overall security of all the above Centers / Halls in coordination with the concerned Security Officer.

· Bring innovative developmental ideas suggestions for Centers/ Halls, which is feasible for both the management and the students.

· All relevant records in respect to Centers/ Halls have to be maintained and to be produced to the administration manager every Wednesday.

· Monitoring and ensuring all the Housekeeping activities are completed in all the Centers / Halls on time as per the schedule.

· Maintain a record of inventories available in Centers / Halls.

· Verifying the furniture and fittings fortnightly inside the Center / Halls and take action for their repair/replacement for the same.

· To uphold integrity, highest level of transparency and accountability at all the times.

· Representing students in college committees in relation to student welfare activities like Sports Committee, Canteen Committee and Grievance Committee.

· Be an effective team-player, be organized and flexible and be able to prioritize the work independently.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work collaboratively and courteously within the team and with the students & parents.

· Be proactive, have positive approach, very high professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information of students.

· Build a strong & healthy work relationship with intra departmental team like Engineering, Admin, Canteen, Housekeeping, Institutional Admins, and Students Faculty coordinator.

· And any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Trustee, which may arise from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
