About the Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and multi-talented Art Instructor who is passionate about teaching art while also supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the institute. The ideal candidate should have excellent artistic skills, strong communication abilities, and be comfortable handling both classroom and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging art classes for students of different age groups.
- Teach drawing, painting, sketching, coloring, craft, and other creative activities.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline.
- Encourage creativity and support students in developing their artistic skills.
- Organize art workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and special events.
- Manage student attendance and maintain class records.
- Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and schedules.
- Assist with admissions, inquiries, and student registrations.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and front desk support.
- Maintain art supplies, classroom materials, and inventory.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure the smooth daily operations of the institute.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree /Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong artistic skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
