Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant_Workday HCM Technical In this role you will be responsible for supporting the design and development Workday Integrations reports for HCM and payroll integration tests deployment and documentation. Moreover awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected. Responsibilities: - Requirements analysis business process analysis with functional SM Es and other system experts. - Provide effort estimations for technical enhancements - Design develop & Deployment of integrations and reports - Prepare technical design documents - Analysis and fix of integration production issues. - Perform impact analysis of existing integrations due to new change in business process or acquisition of new company. - Overseeing failures errors and warnings of scheduled integrations. - Identify & implement continuous improvements to existing integrations to bring more efficiency to the business process. - Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices. - Provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday.
