Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Palghar, Maharashtra

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely implementation, and supporting the achievement of project objectives. The role requires close coordination with field teams, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project implementation as per project plans and timelines
Support planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities
Coordinate with field teams, partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth implementation
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide implementation support
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Maintain project documentation, reports, MIS, attendance records, and supporting documents
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Coordinate meetings, training programs, workshops, and community engagement activities
Identify implementation challenges and coordinate timely resolution with the reporting manager
Ensure compliance with organizational processes and project guidelines
Support donor reporting, presentations, and project documentation as required
Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project implementation
Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and field teams
Experience in documentation, reporting, and MIS management

Required Skills

Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good documentation and report-writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby project locations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
