Fresh Mind Ideas is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of agency experience!

Location: Technopark

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of agency experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC, and more).
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to meet business objectives.
Oversee and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve rankings.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging campaigns and brand messaging.
Manage client communication, understand their goals, and ensure campaign success.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Ability to develop data-driven strategies and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Strong analytical skills and ability to present campaign insights to clients.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Creativity and a passion for staying ahead in the digital space.
