Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Engine Assembly department, you will be entrusted with hands-on responsibilities that are crucial to the manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensuring comprehensive documentation of engine assembly operations. Additionally, you will support the engineering team by assisting in the analysis and resolution of assembly issues, contributing to process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to various stages of engine assembly, learning to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. This role requires active participation in team meetings, reporting progress, and adhering strictly to safety and quality standards set by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
Through continuous learning and application, you will develop critical skills in mechanical assembly processes, troubleshooting techniques, and data management. This role also involves maintaining equipment and tooling for engine assembly, supporting preventive maintenance schedules, and abiding by environmental sustainability practices embedded in the company’s operations.
