Position Overview -

Trivium Public Relations is looking for a proactive and execution-driven PR Executive with 2–4 years of agency experience to join us.

The ideal candidate should possess strong media relations skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. The role involves executing communication strategies, driving media outreach, developing compelling content, and ensuring seamless client servicing while working closely with senior team members.

Candidates with prior experience in a Public Relations consultancy will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute strategic PR and communication plans aligned with client objectives.

- Manage day-to-day communication for assigned client accounts.

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals across print, digital, television, and industry publications.

- Develop story angles, media pitches, and proactive outreach campaigns.

- Draft and edit press releases, media notes, thought leadership articles, opinion pieces, award nominations, speaking proposals, and other communication material.

- Coordinate media interviews, press interactions, product launches, announcements, and brand events.

- Identify timely newsjacking and media opportunity avenues for clients.

- Monitor media coverage, maintain coverage trackers, and prepare monthly performance reports.

- Conduct media research, build targeted media lists, and identify relevant editorial opportunities.

- Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of client deliverables and campaign timelines.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving media landscape.

- Ensure high-quality execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in a Public Relations consultancy or communications agency.

- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of media relations and editorial processes.

- Existing relationships with journalists and media professionals will be an advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong media pitching, content writing, and storytelling abilities.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
