Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Experience: 2–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring requirements.

The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process in coordination with HR and management.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring trackers.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Develop and maintain a talent pool for frequently hired and critical positions.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, market availability, and competitor hiring practices.
Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality-of-hire metrics.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
Experience recruiting for IT / technical roles is preferred.
Good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
Target-oriented approach with a focus on timely closures.

Preferred Experience

Experience in recruiting for roles such as Java Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Frontend Developers, AI/ML professionals, and other technology positions.
Experience working with US, India, or international recruitment processes will be an advantage.
