Keep records of circulation and materials.
Supervise budgeting, planning, and personnel activities.
Check books in and out of the library.
Code, classify, and catalogue books, publications, films, audio-visual aids, and other library materials based on subject matter or standard library classification systems.
Direct and train library staff in duties such as receiving, shelving, researching, cataloging, and equipment use.
Develop library policies and procedures.
Organize the book fair.
Ensuring that library services meet the needs of groups of users (eg staff, students).
Responsible for organizing and managing collections of journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic documents, and other data resources.
Responsible for conducting story time lectures at primary level.
Guide the students to get material of the appropriate reading level.
Foster a love of learning and reading in each student.
Keep list of books ready for the purchase before the end of the academic year.
