Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) professional with 6 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection, testing, process monitoring, and compliance management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring products/processes meet defined quality standards and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Develop and implement QC procedures, checklists, and inspection plans.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Analyze quality data and prepare MIS/quality performance reports.
Train junior QC staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle customer complaints and support resolution activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
6 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, SPC, and Kaizen.
Experience with ISO standards and audit processes.
Good understanding of inspection techniques and testing methods.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
