Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Commis Chef with 1–2 years of experience to support our kitchen and production operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of food safety, chocolates, bakery products, and nuts, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen and production activities
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Support in handling chocolates, bakery items, and nut-based products
Work with a variety of nuts and dry fruits, ensuring proper sorting, quality, and usage
Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and efficiently
Follow instructions from senior team members and ensure timely execution
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain basic records of recipes, raw materials, and production
Support inventory tracking and material usage
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production unit
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Understanding of chocolates, bakery products, or dry fruits/nuts
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
Basic understanding of inventory handling
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
