Job Description – Radial Drill Machine Operator

Location: Ambernath, Thane, Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Radial Drill Machine Operator to operate and handle Caser radial drilling machines for heavy fabrication and machining jobs related to steel plant equipment, rolling mill components, and structural assemblies.
The candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, setting heavy jobs accurately, maintaining drilling tolerances, and safely operating the machine independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Caser radial drill machine for drilling, tapping, reaming, and boring operations.
- Read and understand fabrication and machining drawings.
- Perform marking, centering, hole alignment, and dimensional checking.
- Handle heavy fabricated components using cranes and lifting tools safely.
- Select proper drilling tools, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters.
- Maintain drilling accuracy and surface finish as per drawing requirements.
- Ensure machine cleanliness, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with fabrication and quality departments for smooth workflow.
- Follow safety procedures and workshop discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
