Location: Thane (Head Office)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–8 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires strong communication skills, high discretion, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of the CEO’s directives.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Assist in research, strategic initiatives, and preparation of business reports for decision-making.
Support the CEO in daily operational activities to ensure high-level efficiency and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a senior administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
