Graduate Engineer – Renewable Energy (Fresher)

Location: Thane / Mumbai (Only local candidates preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and high-potential Graduate Engineers for our Graduate Engineer – Renewable Energy (Fresher)—a structured entry into renewable energy consulting.

You will work closely with senior consultants on live projects, gaining hands-on experience in feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and techno-commercial analysis across multiple renewable energy domains.

This role offers a balanced mix of analytical office work and practical site exposure, making it ideal for candidates serious about long-term careers in clean energy consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and feasibility studies
Support techno-commercial analysis and Project cost estimation
Work on energy yield analysis, data modeling, and Excel-based evaluations
Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables
Assist in solar, wind, and BESS project analysis
Participate in site visits for surveys, inspections, and data collection
Support tender (RFP/NIT) documentation and bid processe

Eligibility

B.E./B.Tech – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Energy
Strong interest in renewable energy sector
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and engineering fundamentals
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Minimum First Class / 7.00 CGPA

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in Mumbai or Thane or willing to relocate immediately. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Compensation & Performance-Linked Growth

Training period for fresher: ₹12,500 per month during initial training period for freshers. Training period for freshers will be two months.
Post-Review Compensation: Salary revision based on performance evaluation, learning progress, and role readiness
Revised Salary for fresher: Minimum ₹20,000 per month upon successful completion of the two-month performance review.
Compensation for Experience candidates – will depend on interview outcome and previous salary

1. Video Introduction

Shortlisted candidates must submit a professional introductory video.

2. Aptitude Test & in person Interview

Candidates clearing the video round will be invited to TULS Corp Thane Office.
